Livetourpro provides CRM software tailored for the travel and tourism industry. Our services include, but are not limited to, customer data management, booking management, and marketing automation.

3. Subscription and Payment
  • Subscription Plans: Livetourpro offers various subscription plans. Details of the plans and their respective features and costs are available on our website.
  • Payment: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as per the selected plan.
4. Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Services: Custom development, consulting services, and any other one-time services are non-refundable.
5. Modifications and Updates
  • Chargeable Modifications: Any modifications or updates to the CRM that are requested by the client will be chargeable. A quote will be provided before any work is undertaken.
  • System Updates: Livetourpro may update the software from time to time to improve performance, security, and functionality. These updates may be made without prior notice and are part of your subscription.
6. Support

  • Support Scope: Our support services include assistance with the use of our software, troubleshooting issues, and answering general queries.
7. User Responsibilities
  • Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
  • Compliance: Users agree to use Livetourpro in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Livetourpro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the service.
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services.
  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party.
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services.
9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the service after such changes have been posted constitutes your agreement to the modified terms.
